Kathy Carpenter recently joined Heavy Vehicle Electronic License Plate Inc.

Kathy grew up in Northern California and graduated with a BA in English from California State University East Bay. She was a teacher for 10 years before joining the business world. She has been in Business Administration for approximately 10 years.

She and her husband of eight years, moved to Scottsdale, Arizona four years ago along with their two Yorkies and Chihuahua. She enjoys reading, hiking and scrapbooking.
