HELP, Inc. is a non-for-profit public-private partnership. The first-of-its-kind in the transportation arena, its mission is the deployment of intelligent transportation systems that benefit the public, government and motor carrier industry by:

• Maximizing the efficiency of the existing highway network.
• Enabling safe motor carriers to improve operating productivity.
• Permitting governments to carry out regulatory responsibilities at a lower cost with a higher degree of efficiency.

Using its unique public-private approach, HELP, Inc. is able to deliver advanced transportation technologies faster, better and more cost effectively than traditional government approaches. Public and private officials on the board play the critical role of authorizing HELP, Inc. services, pricing and related policies while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

To ensure that HELP, Inc. Inc.’s activities balance the needs of both parties, HELP’s board of directors is comprised of an equal number of government and industry directors and rotates leadership assuring that neither government officials nor industry dominate the organization.
